1. About Metropoliverse

Metropoliverse is an early-stage digital project currently in development.

This website presents the Metropoliverse concept, the physical Metropolis artwork, development plans, AIvatairs, buildings, communities, creator concepts and information for prospective collaborators, community members and investors.

Some material on the website describes future plans, concepts, prototypes or ambitions rather than features or services that are currently available.

We may change, develop, postpone or discontinue any proposed feature, design, timeline or aspect of the project as development progresses.

You may not reproduce, publish, sell, commercially exploit, modify or distribute substantial parts of the website or its original creative material without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual-property rights to you.

4. Concept visuals and AI-assisted imagery

The website contains photographs of the physical Metropolis artwork alongside concept visuals, prototypes and AI-assisted or AI-generated imagery.

Final designs and functionality may differ substantially from concept material shown on the website.
