Metropoliverse — Investor Information

Metropoliverse is being built as a new kind of AI-native social platform — a digital city designed around recognition, meaningful interaction and long-term participation rather than passive consumption.

The first objective is focused: prove that people will return to a digital environment because the world notices them, remembers them and gives them meaningful reasons to engage.

From that foundation, Metropoliverse can grow into a broader ecosystem of communities, creators, experiences and commercial activity.

What Makes Metropoliverse Different?

Original IP, not an empty world
Metropoliverse begins with an established creative universe — its own architecture, visual identity, characters, stories and mythology — rather than a blank digital sandbox.

AI-native by design
AI is not an additional feature layered onto the platform. It is part of how the city communicates, remembers, responds and builds relationships with its users.

Designed to give attention back
Most digital platforms compete relentlessly for user attention. Metropoliverse explores the opposite idea: using AI to give attention back to the individual — recognising them, helping them navigate the world, introducing relevant people and experiences, and encouraging meaningful participation.

A focused first product
Development begins with one dense, walkable Unreal Engine district, initially populated by a small number of distinctive AIvatairs. The aim is to test interaction, presence, engagement and, crucially, whether people choose to return.

A world with a physical foundation
The original Metropolis sculpture and its 3D scans provide a distinctive source for the first digital environment, giving the project an artistic identity that existed long before the platform itself.

Modular by nature
The city can expand building by building and district by district, allowing new communities, creators, activities, partners and commercial experiences to be introduced without having to build the entire world at once.

AI as both resident and tool
AIvatairs form part of the population of the city, while AI tools can also support users and creators in learning, building, discovering, collaborating and eventually developing new experiences within Metropoliverse.

Where We Are Now

Metropoliverse is early-stage, but it is not starting from a blank page.

A physical city already exists. Metropolis is a completed artwork built from more than 40,000 individual elements, with its own architecture, visual language, characters and stories.

The city has been captured digitally. Its buildings have been 3D-scanned, providing source material for the first Unreal Engine environment.

The first product has been deliberately narrowed. Development is focused on one dense, walkable district, a small group of distinctive landmarks and a limited cast of AIvatairs.

The interaction hypothesis is defined. The first playable will test whether recognition, memory, discovery and AI-mediated interaction give people meaningful reasons to return.

Technical discovery is underway. We are testing how the physical source material, Unreal environment and AI interaction layer can be brought together efficiently before moving into full production.

Business Model & Revenue Potential

Revenue will be introduced gradually, after the core experience demonstrates engagement and repeat use. The most plausible revenue categories are:

Premium access and personalisation — memberships, enhanced AIvatair services and digital goods.

Creator and experience economy — creator-led experiences, marketplace fees, ticketed events and selected cultural or learning experiences.

Partnerships and commercial spaces — branded environments, strategic partnerships and selected professional uses.

Metropoliverse does not depend on launching all of these at once. The business model can expand alongside the city as genuine user demand becomes clear.

From One District to a Wider Ecosystem

The initial product is deliberately contained. The longer-term opportunity is much larger.

As the platform develops, Metropoliverse could support interconnected experiences across entertainment, gaming, culture, creator communities, education, retail, events and professional spaces.

The intention is not to launch all of these at once. Each new layer should be introduced only when the core experience demonstrates genuine user demand.

2026 Pre-Seed Round

Target: £350,000

Metropoliverse is raising an early-stage round to move from concept and worldbuilding into a functional, testable product.

The funding will support the creation of the first playable district, AI interaction systems, world navigation, a small core development team, technical infrastructure and early user testing.

It will also allow us to begin working with selected creators, strategic partners and potential collaborators while preparing the project for a wider public-facing demonstration and future fundraising.

The immediate goal is simple:

Build the smallest version of Metropoliverse capable of proving the biggest idea — that an intelligent digital world can make people feel recognised, curious and genuinely connected.
